Robert Half Director of Marketing in Reston, Virginia

Description We are on the lookout for a seasoned Director of Marketing to be a part of our team. This role is based in Reston, Virginia, and falls within the telecom industry. As a Director of Marketing, you will be expected to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, manage a team of marketing professionals, and leverage data to inform strategy development and decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on measurable results

• Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

• Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy development and decision-making processes

• Set, measure, and meet key performance indicators to ensure marketing objectives are met

• Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and web analytics

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align strategies with organizational priorities and objectives

• Utilize CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Design, and Digital skills to enhance marketing efforts

• Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines, showcasing excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills

• Foster an entrepreneurial spirit within the team, encouraging creative thinking and self-motivation. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role such as Director of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager

• Proficient in CRM, Database, and EO/IR systems

• Expertise in using Facebook Insights, Google Analytics for data analysis and market research

• Experience in creating and managing successful Advertisements

• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies and techniques

• Excellent skills in Campaign Planning and execution

• Proficient in Design and Digital marketing strategies

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve company goals

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience to drive through challenges

• Strong budget management skills
