Description

We are currently seeking a executive level administrative professional seeking a fast paced environment to both contribute to, and flourish within. The ideal Executive Assistant we seek will be joining one of the world's largest lending issuers, supporting the Chief of HR in all operations and strategic business endeavors. Our client is seeking an upbeat and meticulous Executive Assistant with previous experience supporting C-Suite positions, as well as Board of Directors or Committee involvements. As the right hand to the CHRO, this seat will be involved within the HR department, front facing when unavailable, schedule/calendar management and intensely involved with the editing and setup of the committee annual presentation to the board. This individual will be expected provide cross-functional support to the office manager and light front desk duties, as well as manage phones for the CHRO, travel schedules, budget management and provide administrative support to other managers when necessary. The ideal candidate is very detail oriented, confident and organized, with great time management skills and the ability the function under stressful situations, while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Associates Degree or excellent EA tenure (10+ years)

  • Executive Assistant or Sr. Assistant for 3+ years in banking, financial services or related industry

  • Support of multiple executive or C-suite officials

  • Experience with Board of Directors or Committees desirable

  • Proficient MS Office Suite product usage and experience putting together large scale presentations

  • Travel & Hotel scheduling & accommodation experience; expense reporting and communications with AP

  • Excellent communication skills; collected personality ok with taking on multiple tasks at once

  • Organization & Detail Oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Comfortable being forward facing to internal leadership and employees alike on behalf of the HR department
