Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Senior Executive Administrator provides support to the most senior executive of the organization in a one-on-one working relationship. The Senior Executive Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President and CEO. The Senior Executive Administrator also serves as the liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Senior Executive Administrator must be adaptable, and represent the highest degree of integrity within an environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and globally oriented. The role requires sound judgement, priority management, strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a respectful relationship with professionals at all levels. The Senior Executive Administrator will work independently and under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and handle confidential matters with discretion.
