Robert Half HR/Payroll Generalist in Richardson, Texas
Description We are seeking an HR/Payroll Generalist to join our team located in Richardson, Texas. The primary job function involves managing HR activities and payroll processing for a multi-location entity.
Responsibilities:
• Supervision of full-cycle HR activities, which includes talent acquisition, retention, and performance management.
• Guiding the HR administration and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Management of complete payroll processing cycle, guaranteeing accurate and timely remuneration to all employees.
• Monitoring and reconciling payroll data using tools like ADP Workforce Now, and generating necessary reports.
• Overseeing HRIS reporting and maintaining system updates and data integrity.
• Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and company policies, regulations, and guidelines.
• Effectively handling employee inquiries and resolving payroll issues promptly.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration and accomplish organizational goals.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR and payroll policies and procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a HR/Payroll Generalist role.
• Proficiency in ADP Financial Services and ADP Payroll.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.
• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce software.
• Demonstrable skills in managing Benefit Functions.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of ensuring Compliance in HR and Payroll practices.
• Experience in managing Employee Relations.
• Understanding and application of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
• Proficiency in Spanish language and translation is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems.
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks.
