Description
NEW Senior Accountant role in North Dallas! Amazing company culture and leadership. Growing, well-funded startup seeking driven Senior Accountant to join their team. Reports to a great Controller. No prior industry experience required. The ideal candidate we be a self-motivated accountant with strong inventory and AP experience. Highly competitive pay + benefits! Interviewing ASAP.

In-office with intent to go hybrid 1-2 days a week
Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage projects to help drive the company’s growth and profitability
Inventory management and cycle counts
Full cycle accounts payable experience
Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Reconciliation of prepaid entries and accounts on a monthly basis
Monitor and report fixed assets and related transactions
Assist with preparation for financial audits
Manage expenses related to employee and monthly departmental spending
Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and reporting.
Develop, monitor, and analyze data to support commercial, operational, and overall management decisions
Create insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations to aid the sales organization in performing at a high level

Requirements
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel
• Month End Close, Inventory, Accounts Payable (AP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently
