We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an IT Director in the Non-Profit industry in Richfield, Minnesota. The operations director at this organization is interested in someone coming in for a couple months to help review their current operations and recommend improvements. Specifically they'd like to l
Responsibilities:
• Review current SLA agreements with vendors and recommend changes and improvements
• Review their equipment usage policy and rebuild what they have
• Review current process of escalating issues through infrastructure and recommend updates
• Assist in preparation for HIPAA audit in a few months

Requirements • Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within the IT sector, preferably within non-profit organizations
• Proficiency in working with Cisco Technologies
• Solid understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies
• Knowledge of Database management and operations
• Familiarity with EO/IR systems
• Experience in implementing and managing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Ability to conduct AB Testing and interpret results for strategic decision-making
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies and their appropriate application
• Experience with Computer Hardware and its maintenance
• Proven ability to manage Contracts within the IT sector
