Robert Half International Payroll Administrator in Richmond, British Columbia

Our Richmond client is looking for a Payroll Administrator for their growing organization. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing a full cycle payroll for roughly 400 salaried and commissioned employees across 4 locations on a semi-monthly basis using Avanti. This will include commissions calculations, journal entries for payroll and Year End T4 generation as well as assisting the Accounting and Finance Team with overflow AP and month end close.

Requirements: The ideal Payroll Administrator will have 3+ years of full cycle Payroll experience and some hands on Accounting experience, preferably Accounts Payable. Experience with Avanti software and or commissions calculations is a huge asset. Intermediate level MS Excel skills are requisite and a PCP designation are preferred.
