Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry in Richmond, California, United States. The role of an Administrative Assistant is open for a candidate who is highly organized and detail-oriented. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with maintaining customer records, processing applications, and resolving inquiries. You will also monitor customer accounts and take the necessary action.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required
• Answer inbound calls providing excellent customer service
• Facilitate email correspondence effectively and in a detail-oriented way
• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks
• Schedule appointments as per requirements
• Complete and process expense reports
• Record meeting minutes accurately and promptly.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, or social assistance sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to answer inbound calls effectively and with detail orientation
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders in a detail oriented and courteous manner
• Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle email correspondence, responding in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, managing communications effectively
• Ability to schedule appointments in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Experience completing and processing expense reports accurately and efficiently
• Proven ability to take meeting minutes, capturing key points and actions accurately
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
