Description
Position Title: Customer Experience Account Manager
The Customer Experience Account Manager – Residential is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting both internal and external customers. In this role, you will address customer needs, offer timely solutions, and maintain high standards of service across all interactions. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure communication procedures, guidelines, and policies are followed, fostering lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily customer support through website, email, and phone interactions
Understand customer needs, identify problems, and provide swift resolutions
Deliver excellent customer service and communication to both internal and external customers
Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to ensure top-tier service delivery
Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and recommend changes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, changes, complaints, and comments
Manage orders and support the assigned Sales Representative’s territory
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, going above and beyond to enhance engagement
Follow company communication protocols, guidelines, and policies
Relay customer feedback about products to the relevant internal teams
Handle stressful situations with empathy and actively listen to customer concerns
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Key Qualifications
3+ years of customer-facing experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Familiarity with AS400 system preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software and systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
Commitment to high-quality work and excellent performance
Ability to prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work with integrity in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
Work in a professional office setting
Moderate noise level typical of an office environment (computers, phones, printers, light traffic)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
