Organize new employee on-boarding orientation methods
Manage a number of administrative duties
Use the internet to search for potential customers
Update employee database records
Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience with meeting coordination and planning
Personnel file maintenance experience highly valued
Strong familiarity with navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Benefits coordination experience desired
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Background working with report generation
Earlier work involving calendar managements and scheduling appointments
Recruiting personnel experience highly preferred
Comprehension of policies & procedures
Good understanding of training & development
Previous experience working with new employee orientation
Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
