Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Richmond, Virginia. This role will be vital to our team in the industry, focusing on customer service tasks and data entry functions. The individual will be expected to manage customer interactions and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound calls, providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers
• Delivering high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Performing data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer records
• Handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor
• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks, demonstrating proficiency and accuracy
• Conducting order entry duties, ensuring orders are processed in line with company standards
• Scheduling appointments as needed, ensuring optimal customer service and efficiency
• Managing email correspondence, maintaining professionalism and prompt responses
• Processing credit card payments, adhering to company policies and procedures. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve customer queries promptly
• Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and effectively
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry and processing
• Ability to schedule appointments in an organized manner
• Experience with processing credit card payments securely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and contribute positively to the work environment
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education will be a plus
