Description
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to the company's operation
Utilize CRM and Database Systems to effectively manage and interpret data
Implement AB Testing methods to improve the efficiency of our database systems
Employ Backup Technologies to ensure the security and integrity of data
Use Business Intelligence tools to create interactive dashboards that display data in understandable formats
Conduct thorough Data Analysis to drive business decisions
Develop and maintain DB2 databases
Design and create data reports using various reporting tools
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
Experience in the legal sector is a must have
Proficiency in ETL and Python is required.
Experience with AB Testing, Backup Technologies, and Business Intelligence (BI) is essential.
Ability to create dashboards and perform data analysis effectively.
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
