Robert Half Digital Adoption Specialist in Richmond, Virginia
Description
Responsibilities:
Understand business needs/challenges and develop solutions utilizing knowledge of M365 and the incumbent technology portfolio.
Lead new technology evaluations in collaboration with the project management office, infrastructure, application teams, and cybersecurity departments.
Collaborate with business departments to comprehend legal, regulatory, and industry drivers, and develop tailored solutions, training, and support materials.
Deliver ongoing training for key capabilities, including creating reusable training material, FAQs, and how-to guides.
Recommend innovative solutions focusing on ROI and establishing key adoption metrics, leveraging data to identify ongoing value opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ownership of short-term solution design (1-3 months) and execution of functional IS strategy as defined by IT leadership.
Conduct customer interviews to assess technology efficacy and identify areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of the emerging capabilities of M365 and the technology portfolio.
Participate in regular departmental advocacy meetings and strategic projects.
Provide training and guidance on technology products to maximize value realization.
Ensure solutions align with IS standards, architecture, and cybersecurity environments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Experience with M365 and familiarity with other technology solutions.
Strong communication and influencing skills, particularly with executive leadership.
Ability to conduct research and analysis to identify gaps in software adoption and usage.
Proficiency in developing roadmaps and change management plans.
Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies related to software adoption and user experience.
