Dispatcher/Customer Service candidate needed for a growing local company!
Dispatchers will have prior experience with coordinating and overseeing technician's work schedules and project management. Responsibilities will include: communicating frequently with all tech's/driver's, scheduling for customers, and following up on orders and service calls. Must be comfortable on the phone and with Microsoft Office in order to track service orders.
-Previous Customer Service AND/OR Dispatching Experience required
-Experience placing order tickets/scheduling service calls
-Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, Basic MS Excel Skills
-Previous HVAC experience is a plus!
