Joining the Human Resources team at CoStar Group, you will contribute to the creation of a highly successful and engaging environment. Supporting both current and future employees, Human Resources contribute to companywide staffing, formation of competitive compensation and benefit packages, and organizational training and development.
The Senior Onboarding Specialist will primarily be responsible for providing onboarding services and support to new hires. This role will be responsible for managing background check program and provide tactical onboarding support to enable enhanced onboarding experience for all our new hires. This role will also require completing assignments and tasks by set deadlines, including data entry, and ensuring forms, documents and processes are complete and properly updated.
Responsibilities
Manage background check program for all new hires
Provide on-boarding support for new hires
Manage new hire data and audits in Workday
Fields incoming emails and phone calls from new hires
Support new hire orientation
Provide relocation support to new hires
I-9 management and verifications
Manage new hire communication
Manage contractor onboarding process
Policy analysis and development
M& A onboarding support
Business process optimization and documentation
Compliance reporting and administration
Other responsibilities and projects as assigned to include improving processes and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of HR Coordination/Specialist experience required
Demonstrated interest in and exposure to the Human Resources field via work, internships, or academic experience, understanding of HR concepts and Employment laws and regulations a plus
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
Successful candidate will be self-directed, motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and be a strong team player; this includes showing a drive for results, inquisitiveness, and adaptability
Demonstrated commitment to internal customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving skills
Relevant HR experience or HR degree preferred
