Description Principle Accountabilities:

Utilize sales, manufacturing, and engineering statistics, business processes, financial statements, customers, sales and productivity data, and market trends to conduct an overall operational performance analysis and make recommendations for improving profitability, efficiency, and growth.

• Perform business analysis on sales revenue and margin to uncover trends, identify issues, and offer solutions.

• Conduct reviews of capital projects and credit limit approvals providing insights and recommendations.

• Track business performance against segment and business growth goals.

• Develop and maintain performance and productivity dashboard and other communication vehicles.

• Remain abreast of market developments and examine business functions to make continuous improvement recommendations including cost efficiency and time saving opportunities.

• Knows and follows policies and procedures of the company. Shares information that would benefit other members of the team and finds ways to improve the delivery of service to our customers.

• Strives to continually strengthen PCA’s business philosophy of meeting needs and exceeding expectation for customers. This includes supporting PCA’s Commitment to Service which involves doing what’s right for our customers, focusing on strategies that add value and support growth, and keeping the promises that we make.

Position Requirements

• Education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree preferably in finance or accounting.

• 1-5 years’ experience in B2B businesses.

• Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a Team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to network and build relationships with individuals of various experience and position levels both within and outside of the company.

• Solid financial and business operations analysis skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvements.

• Broad understanding of accounting principles, theories, concepts, and practices.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to create new business opportunities.

• Solid working knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

• Strong listening, evaluating, and problem-solving skills. Ability to create alternative solutions and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience working in a team environment preferred, or a strong understanding of the importance of open communication and information sharing among co-workers.

• Must be able to travel as necessary and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Willingness to relocate provides greater opportunity for advancement.
