$90k, plus benefits, hybrid schedule
My client is a healthcare management company based in the Washington, D.C. area with a need for a Program Manager. The healthcare organization has been growing rapidly and this Program Manager role will supervise a small team overseeing call center support. The Program Manager will be enforcing company policy, training and developing staff, and performance management of the team. Candidates with healthcare insurance experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Program manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Manager day-to-day operations of a staff of 8-10 members
Manage compliance with Federal/State Regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules
Manage daily intake and referral processes, local payroll processes, and collections processes to ensure positive business growth and development
Manage staff training and provide organizational leadership
Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services
Manage program customer service report

Requirements
Requirements:
· 3 + years of people management experience
· BS/BA preferred
· Experience in training and developing teams
· Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred
· Ability to commute to Northern VA
· Excellent customer service skills
