Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Software Developer in Richmond, Virginia. The role will primarily involve the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications and systems, using a variety of computing architectures.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications and systems to improve business operations
• Utilize various computing architectures such as client/server, intranet, web, cloud, console/batch, etc.
• Apply technical or business knowledge to projects
• Design, develop, deploy, and support web and desktop-based business applications
• Develop cloud-based solutions hosted in Azure utilizing cloud offerings
• Administer Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Harden and resolve web applications against web vulnerabilities
• Work proficiently with technologies such as .NET, Visual Studio, C#, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server, XML, Web Services/APIs, Source Control, Power Platform, and PowerShell
• Develop and implement API Development, .NET Core, Web Application Development, and Microsoft Azure
Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a Software Developer role or similar in the Real Estate & Property industry.
• Demonstrable proficiency in API Development.
• Knowledge and experience in using .NET Core for software development.
• Proven experience in Web Application Development.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, specifically Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
