Description
We are offering a role that involves working as a data entry clerk in Ridgefield, Connecticut. This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer credit records and resolving customer credit inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Continuously monitoring customer accounts
• Utilizing data entry skills to update and maintain database
• Using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Typing documents and correspondence as required
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures in relation to credit control and data entry.
Requirements • Proficient in data entry operations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Fast and accurate typing abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in handling confidential data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent education level
