Description We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Ridgefield, Connecticut. This role is central to our operations in the telecom industry, providing crucial support in managing and maintaining our systems. The successful candidate will work with various technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Database, Dell, and EO/IR systems to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing systems solutions using Cisco Technologies and Citrix Technologies

• Managing and maintaining databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity

• Working with Dell Technologies to set up and manage hardware systems

• Operating and maintaining EO/IR systems to support our operations

• Implementing AB Testing to improve system performance and user experience

• Managing Active Directory services to control network resources

• Overseeing Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and availability

• Handling Computer Hardware setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Implementing Configuration Management practices to manage system changes effectively

• Operating SonicWall systems to ensure network security. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is a must.

• Experience with Database management is necessary.

• Knowledge of Dell Technologies is expected.

• Understanding of EO/IR systems is required.

• Experience with AB Testing is a plus.

• Familiarity with Active Directory is necessary.

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies is a plus.

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware is expected.

• Experience with Configuration Management is necessary.
