Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Director to join and lead a team for our New Jersey based client.
Start Date: October 2024
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Ridgefield Park, New Jersey (hybrid schedule, must be able to work on-site 2-3 days per week)
Salary: $190,000+/annually
Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Director to lead our project implementation efforts while managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering a high-performing team. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, while also driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
KPI Management: Develop and implement a robust framework for tracking and reporting on KPIs, ensuring that performance metrics are aligned with project and organizational objectives.
Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of project managers QAs and raters, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and performance outcomes.
Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring that all team members are equipped and supported throughout project transitions.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the project management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Master’s preferred
10+ years' experience in production, delivery, people management & client communication.
