Description
Local Community in Rio Rancho searches for a "Receptionist/Customer Service Ambassador" for their Front Desk. This is a temporary, 1-2 month, part time role (M-Th - Fridays off!) MUST HAVE excellent customer service - greeting everyone with a smile and providing white glove service. Must be professional and respectful. Also will be assigned light administrative duties.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role or similar administrative position
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in answering multi-line phone systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Experience with email correspondence
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
• Proven ability to organize files and manage documentation
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
