Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Ripon, Wisconsin

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in the machinery manufacturing industry based in Ripon, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves acting as a liaison between our organization and our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fielding inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide product and service support to customers, including basic troubleshooting and diagnosing of technical issues.

• Respond to online requests for product and service support, utilizing helpdesk software.

• Escalate or refer advanced technical issues to authorized third-party servicers as needed.

• Support outbound call projects, such as follow-up on product communications and provide support to commercial distributors.

• Accurately record all incoming calls and customer interactions in the database.

• Maintain and continually develop knowledge of our products to provide the highest quality of customer support.

• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and order entry.

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring optimal customer service.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls

• Proven ability in call center customer service

• Proficiency in data entry

• Experience in email correspondence

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Call Center Customer Service and providing excellent Customer Service

• Ability to answer Inbound Calls and make Outbound Calls

• Skilled in Order Entry and Data Entry

• Experience in managing Email Correspondence

• Ability to Schedule Appointments effectively

• Knowledge of machinery manufacturing industry would be advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints or issues

• Team player with a positive attitude.
