Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Financial Services industry, located in Riverdale, Utah, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with managing inbound and outbound customer communications, processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system

• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data and order entry

• Schedule appointments as per customer requirements Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Excellent customer service skills, with experience in a call center environment

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls

• Experience with data entry and order entry

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Strong written communication skills, with experience in email correspondence

• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Familiarity with the financial services industry

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
