Robert Half Social Media Specialist in Riviera Beach, Florida
Description We are in search of a Social Media Specialist to join our team based in Riviera Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, working across key social media channels including Twitter and Reddit. This role is a permanent position and requires a strong understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily on various social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the success of content and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, and apply this knowledge to our social media strategies.
• Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Attend educational conferences and provide feedback and information on market trends.
• Identify social media influencers to engage with to boost brand presence.
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in processes and practices.
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Requirements • Proficient knowledge and experience in using social media platforms, particularly Reddit and Twitter.
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase web traffic and engagement.
• Familiarity with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
