OfficeTeam is looking for a self-starting, organized General Office Clerk who enjoys interacting with a variety of people. This dynamic position will manage administrative support tasks like operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. The title of General Office Clerk is a long-term temporary-to-full-time role based in Roanoke, Indiana.

Supporting front desk and receptionist duties
Meet customers in a friendly manner
Performing data entry, scanning, word processing, copying, filing, and faxing
Place and receive telephone calls
Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence
Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary
Delivering customer service quickly and accurately
Proficient in handling office equipment
Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
Comprehensive knowledge of Document Scanning
Outgoing Mail experience
Scanning Documents experience required
Experience with Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communications skills
High school diploma or its equivalent is required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
