Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Sales Assistant based in Roanoke, Virginia. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to our sales and customer service efforts. The individual will be responsible for assisting with sales processes, handling customer inquiries, managing CRM systems, and coordinating sales activities. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with sales processes and contribute to achieving sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and calls
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain accurate sales records and generate sales reports
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for data management and communication
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Facilitate the sales closing process and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with the management of sales tax returns and other financial aspects related to sales. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and About Time
• Experience in Cash Activity, Closing Processes, Complaint Handling, and C-Suite
• Familiarity with various sales sectors such as Annual Sales, Automotive sales, B2B Sales, Business sales, Catering sales, and CCH Sales Tax
• Knowledge in Complex sales, Consultative Sales, Digital sales, Direct Sales, Door-to-door Sales, E-commerce sales, and Enterprise Sales
• Ability in Equipment sales, Estate sales, Event sales, Field Sales, Healthcare sales, Inbound Sales, and Increase Sales
• Expertise in Inside Sales, International sales, IT Sales, Land sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Maximize Sales, and Medical Sales
• Understanding of Merchandising Sales, Military sales, Monthly Sales Tax, Net Sales, Online sales, Oracle Sales Cloud, and Outbound Sales
• Experience in Outside Sales, Post-Sales, Post-Sales Support, Pre-Sales, Pre-Sales Consulting, Pre-sales engineering, and Previous Sales
• Proficiency in Print sales, Product Sales, Promotional Sales, Proven Sales Record, Real estate sales, Retail Sales, and Sales
• Familiarity with Sales Activity, Sales Analysis & Reporting, Sales and operations planning, Sales Calls, Sales Campaigns, Sales Channels, and Sales Collateral
• Ability to coordinate tasks in Advertising coordination, Benefits Coordination, Conference Call Coordination, Coordinate Logistics, Coordinate Measure, Coordinate Measure Machines, Coordinate Meetings, and Coordinate Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Coordinating Appointments, Coordinating Events, Coordinating Schedules, Coordination, Data coordination, Event Coordination, Facilities Coordinator, and Marketing coordination
• Knowledge in Meeting Coordination, Operations coordination, Production coordination, Project Coordination, Referral Coordination, Team coordination, Travel Coordination, and Work Flow Coordination.
