As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating both internal and external financial reports and supporting the Head of Financial Reporting with daily operations and special projects.
What You'll Do:
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that drive strategic decision-making.
Contribute to annual budget forecasting for profit and loss, as well as balance sheet predictions.
Generate and interpret ALM reports, including liquidity assessments, to ensure financial stability.
Develop and conduct capital and liquidity stress tests to gauge financial resilience.
Manage and reconcile the bank's investment securities for optimal performance.
Perform thorough reconciliations of the general ledger to maintain accuracy.
Assist the Head of Financial Reporting with timely completion of special projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
Adhere to all banking regulations and protocols, staying updated on industry changes.
Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reports by developing innovative processes and procedures.

Requirements
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience of 5+ years within the banking sector
Exceptional organizing abilities
Effective verbal and written communication proficiency
Ability to perform efficiently under stress
Skilled in using Microsoft office and possesses adequate knowledge of the core banking systems
