Description Robert Half is looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join the team, collaborating closely with the Finance Manager. This role encompasses vital plant-level accounting tasks, such as general accounting, payables and receivables management, cost analysis, financial reporting, spend analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, and fixed asset accounting. Additionally, the position involves liaising with the global financial team in Germany, as required. Requirements Robert Half is looking for a experience in individual with the following qualifications for the Staff Accountant position: A B.S. in Accounting or Business Administration is required. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. A working knowledge of dual-currency accounting. High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Experience in invoicing and/or accounts receivable. Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills, including root cause analysis. Prior experience in cash management, including collections, account reconciliations, and payment processing.
