Major responsibilities

  • Facilitating the promotion of company products and services

  • Finding best shipment option and preparing documents

  • Entering data into Excel spreadsheets and creating PDF documents in Adobe

  • Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed

  • Handling additional Sales Assistant-related duties as assigned

  • Overseeing International Customer orders from start to finish; printing the orders, creating work orders, and sending to production

  • Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and professional manner

  • Producing sales reports and preparing presentations

  • Providing administrative, technical and clerical support to sales teams

  • Writing communications and proofreading materials

    Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

  • Deep understanding of Track Shipments

  • Freight Quotes experience desired

  • Answering Inbound Calls experience

  • Well-founded grasp of PDF

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Expertise in Customer Shipments

  • Answering Inquiries experience

  • Applicants are encouraged to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field

  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

  • Microsoft Office knowledge required

  • Superb social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors

  • Employer suggests 1+ years of Administrative experience
