Facilitating the promotion of company products and services
Finding best shipment option and preparing documents
Entering data into Excel spreadsheets and creating PDF documents in Adobe
Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed
Handling additional Sales Assistant-related duties as assigned
Overseeing International Customer orders from start to finish; printing the orders, creating work orders, and sending to production
Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and professional manner
Producing sales reports and preparing presentations
Providing administrative, technical and clerical support to sales teams
Writing communications and proofreading materials
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
Deep understanding of Track Shipments
Freight Quotes experience desired
Answering Inbound Calls experience
Well-founded grasp of PDF
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Expertise in Customer Shipments
Answering Inquiries experience
Applicants are encouraged to hold a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or a related field
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Superb social skills, experience with project coordination, and capable of working well with staff at all levels and outside clients and vendors
