Robert Half Cost Accounting Manager in Rochester, Minnesota
Description
Robert Half's client in the SE Metro is looking to add a Cost Accounting Manager to its growing team. This individual will oversee 'all things cost related', including cost Savings/avoidance, reviewing standard versus actual costs, prepare monthly margins, setting key finance initiatives, developing costing processes across multiple plants, partnering with Senior Executives to determine productivity savings, and managing physical inventory count, to name a few. The ideal candidate with have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar, 8+ years of cost experience within a manufacturing setting, and previous supervisory. This comes with a 10% discretionary bonus and will involve some travel to neighboring plants. Paid relocation is an option.

Requirements
-8+ years of Manufacturing Cost Accounting
-Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar
-Larger ERP experience
-Strong GAAP experience
