Description An Accountant is needed for a company located in Rochester, NY. This entry-level Accountant will assist in the preparation of journal entries, month and year-end closings, bank reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliation. This established and recognized company offers a challenging and multi-faceted opportunity where effort is rewarded.
Ideal entry-level Accountant candidates for this assignment will be accurate and organized. An Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with minimal experience is strongly preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel experience and attention to detail are necessary. Requirements Reconciliations, Bank Deposit, Cash Handling, Cash Management, Billing, Accounts Payable (AP)
