Hannah Savage with Robert Half is looking for someone to join her client's growing organization in the real estate/property management field as a Bookkeeper, where your meticulous nature and keen attention to detail will shine. With a minimum of 5 years of previous bookkeeping experience, you'll take charge of full cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring seamless transactions and timely collections. Your expertise will extend to reconciliations, meticulously verifying financial statements to maintain accuracy. From completing journal entries to supporting month-end and year-end closings, your contributions will be integral to our financial operations. Conduct monthly accounting close
Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Keep a check on Accounts Payable
Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation
Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Organize cash flow projections, as needed
Regulate Accounts Receivable
Uphold monthly accounting close
Manage general ledger
Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
