We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Rochester, New York. This role is crucial within our client's team, where you will offer help desk support and manage software packages using Intune.

Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support in the office, troubleshooting hardware and software issues

• Utilize Intune for managing and securing endpoints

• Respond promptly and efficiently to help desk requests

• Ensure the smooth operation of various software packages utilized within the organization

• Work collaboratively with the team to resolve IT issues

• Stay up-to-date with technological trends to assist in the improvement of IT services

Requirements • Applicant must possess a deep understanding of Intune to manage and secure endpoints efficiently.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Intune is essential.

• Must have an extensive knowledge of various software packages to help in the development and implementation of software applications.

• Ability to provide technical support for software packages is mandatory.

• Candidate should have experience in the transport industry, understanding its unique IT requirements and challenges.

• Proven ability to respond quickly and effectively to tech issues and service requests in the transport industry.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff within the transport industry.

• Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

• Strong organizational and planning skills are required to manage multiple tasks and priorities in the transport industry.
