Responsibilities

• Assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Comptia A+, incorporating them in the curriculum as needed.

• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes enthusiasm for learning.

• Address student inquiries promptly, providing necessary academic support.

• Collaborate with educational staff to develop and enhance the Comptia A+ curriculum.

• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with teaching methodologies and industry trends.

• Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a disciplined and focused learning environment.

• Assist in the development of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities. Requirements • Must possess a strong proficiency in Comptia A+.

• Requires previous experience in teaching or instructing, preferably in an IT or technical field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• The ability to develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans.

• Strong understanding of various teaching methods and the ability to adapt them to different learning styles.

• Must have a deep understanding of IT concepts, software, and hardware related to Comptia A+.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills.

• Must stay updated with the latest developments and advancements in the field of IT and Comptia A+.

• Proven track record in maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.

• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Ability to handle classroom management and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Patience and understanding when dealing with students of varying skill levels.
