Lisa Cole with Robert Half is on the hunt for a diligent Sr. Accountant to join the team pf a growing company. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing complex accounting activities and analyzing financial records functions to make smart business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Reconciles lease expenses monthly basis and performs variance analysis.

• Reconciles various balance sheet accounts.

• Prepares journal entries for recurring and non-recurring transactions.

• Reviews lease data entries made by staff accountant to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

• Reviews Fair Market Value calculation provided by development team for proper lease classification testing.

• Calculates and reviews lease liabilities and right-of-use assets to ensure compliance with ASC 842

• Assists landlord communications and ensures monthly rent/CAM payments are made on time.

• Reviews journal entries of staff accountant

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience with ERP systems and expertise leveraging Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting or related field

• 5+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility
