A respected CPA firm is seeking a tax support candidate for this upcoming tax season.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in tax-related tasks including the accurate entry of tax forms

• Dispatch engagement letters to clients as part of the tax support process

• Data entry of tax forms

• Handle billing and invoice processing tasks efficiently

• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on maintaining accuracy

• Monitor and update customer accounts regularly

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions

• Leverage experience from 2-3 tax seasons to enhance performance in the role.

Requirements

2-3 years of tax season experience is required.
