Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in ROCKVILLE, Maryland, in the commercial real estate industry. The role primarily involves handling commercial real estate transactions and providing legal advice on various aspects of real estate law.
Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial real estate transactions with precision and professionalism.
• Draft and review contracts to ensure they are legally sound and beneficial to the client.
• Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, considering all potential legal implications.
• Assist with the formation of various entities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft operating agreements for various entities, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the client.
• Work on commercial leases, providing expert advice to clients on their rights and obligations.
• Use skills in Transactional Law, Real Estate Law, and Commercial Real Estate Law to provide the best possible service to clients. Requirements
• Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in Maryland
• Proficiency in transactional law and real estate law
• Specific experience in commercial real estate law is highly desirable
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
