Description

Robert Half's client is looking for a Digital Designer specializing in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, you'll be pivotal in creating captivating visual content for social media, web, and paid advertising campaigns. Your main task is to come up with, design, and execute digital assets that effectively communicate intricate medical concepts, promote healthcare products, and engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and design layouts for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality graphics, images, videos, and multimedia assets tailored for digital platforms, collaborating closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members.

  • Campaign Optimization: Work with the marketing team to optimize digital campaigns based on performance metrics and audience insights, tweaking designs to boost engagement and conversion rates.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA regulations) and ensure all digital content complies with healthcare and pharmaceutical industry standards, obtaining necessary approvals as needed.

  • Multi-channel Integration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate digital designs across various marketing channels, ensuring cohesive brand experiences.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and technological advancements in digital design, healthcare marketing, and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a digital designer in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video editing tools.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media strategy, SEO, and paid advertising.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
