Robert Half Benefits/HR Administrator in Rocky Hill, Connecticut


Robert Half has partnered with a growing service firm in the greater hartford area, undergoing expansion due to recent acquisitions and organic growth, that is currently seeking a Benefits and HR Administrator to enhance our HR team. They have over 150 peoples and you would be working alongside the HR Manager to assist in the daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with benefit enrollments and effectively managing the process

• Facilitating the Open Enrollment

• Responding to employee queries about their benefits

• Handling paperwork related to leave and changes in employment life status

• Serving as an alternate support for payroll processing

• Playing a supportive role in various Human Resources functions as required


• Prior experience in administering or supporting benefits for HR

• 1+ years of experience in human resources department

• Strong communication skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software or any HR systems

• Holds at least one year of experience in a similar role human resources/benefits role

• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Displays excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
