A dynamic organization in the Credit Agencies - Other industry working with OfficeTeam is in need of a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter. Our client specifically needs a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. You will mainly be required to perform a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, provide clerical support to the HR department, and recruit on a full-cycle basis in support of a diverse group of positions. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00AM- 5:00PM.

Major responsibilities

  • Putting to use digital recruiting resources

  • Directing interviews

  • Formulating internal recommendations

  • Managing various administrative duties

  • Coming up with and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Handling new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms


  • Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • This role needs to be highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • We want someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms in this position

  • Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
