Robert Half Servicing Coordinator in Rogers, Minnesota
Robert Half is partnering with a Twin Cities based client located in the northwest metro to identify a Servicing Coordinator for a 3+ month contract, with the possibility to be contract to hire, to support with additional work due to growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an onsite environment. In this role, you will function on a servicing and repair team, managing customer tickets, coordinating repair technician schedules and their dispatch to specific jobs, as well as the eventual entry of repair tickets and invoicing. Candidates with prior project coordination, dispatch, servicing or invoicing experience are highly encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
Your duties will include:
Review service repair ticket orders from a queued ticketing system and coordinate the logistics of each repair
Verify maintenance technician availability in specific geography and dispatch for assignment
Coordinate with customer to ensure repair work was done to their satisfactions
Receive and enter repair orders and technician notes
Validate contract pricing and scope of service contract to ensure appropriate billing
Create invoice and send to customer
Various administrative work as assigned by the servicing and support teams

3+ years of prior dispatching, servicing or customer service experience
Demonstrated administrative support experience
Ability to effectively multitask and coordinate multiple details
Strong sense of urgency to ensure service tickets are closed and billed in a timely manner
Associates Degree preferred
Prior experience with an ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel abilities
