This person will have innovation and drive to bring the HR department to new and higher levels of value with a focus on enhancing our “people experience” and strategies through developing, improving and executing streamlined processes and procedures. This position is about the People in the organization, not the typical day-to-day-all-things-HR-compliance position. Responsibilities: Be an active, engaged, and inspiring leader who is a role model and key member of the Leadership Team. Collaborate with executive leadership to help define assigned organization’s HR and People goals and identifying ways to reach those goals through HR strategies. Lead and execute talent and development programs along with identified employee and community engagement efforts. Lead the HR/People agenda to D& I, talent, culture, and change management. Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes. Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs. Oversee and actively participate in the organization’s recruitment, interviewing, hiring and selection processes. Provide leadership on employee relations matters and development of employment policies; coach and guide leaders on the management of their teams and individual people issues including performance improvement and workforce planning. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years Human Resources experience with a focus on the people. Experience supporting a multi-state, multi-location sales organization is preferred. Proven track record of partnering with Senior Management to develop strategy along with the ability to execute. Self-motivated and self-disciplined. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent listening and assessment skills. Confidence and ability to influence others, facilitate processes, and coach/advise managers.
