Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Regional Controller, based in ROSEMONT, Illinois. As a part of our team, you will play a key role in managing all financial matters within the region, serving as a resource for the Operating Unit Presidents, and ensuring adherence to corporate policies. This role requires skills in accounting software systems, financial services, accounting functions, auditing, and budget processes, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as a strategic business partner and resource for Operating Unit Presidents within the region.

• Keeping the CFO informed about the company’s performance and providing guidance on all financial matters.

• Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual Operating Unit financial statements.

• Evaluating the performance of accounting and finance personnel within the Region, recommending training and changes as needed.

• Ensuring adherence to the company's delegation of authority and corporate policies.

• Providing the corporate office with relevant audit, tax, insurance, and other information as needed.

• Ensuring that credit and collection procedures are followed, and monitoring collections and payments.

• Assisting with M& A due diligence and leading acquisition integration within the Region.

• Undertaking other special activities and responsibilities as directed from time to time. Requirements • Proficient in 3M
