The Account Manager will be handling both phone and email communication in a Business to Business (B2B) aspect with vendors and Customer Service with the customers.
Duties of the Account Manager:
Deal with different situations and handle multiple problems as they arise
Connecting with high-touch clients steadfast in their communication
Working within multiple different systems unique to each client and be comfortable navigating through each one
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Candidate will be working within their database and needs to pick this up quickly
