Description We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Roseville, Minnesota. This position will require the individual to handle a variety of tasks, from maintaining electronic employee records to assisting with various HR projects. This role is a contract offering, with the opportunity to learn and adapt to our systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Transition all employee files to an electronic format and maintain accurate records • Conduct and verify I-9 documentation to ensure compliance • Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly • Utilize HRMS for HR-related tasks and E-Verify for employment verification • Manage paperwork for new hires and write offer letters • Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and company policies • Address and resolve employee queries and issues while maintaining confidentiality • Support various HR projects and tasks as needed • Maintain order in the HR office and ensure all documents are properly filed Requirements • Proven experience in the role of HR Generalist or similar HR positions • Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration • Knowledge of Compliance and Employee Relations protocols • Ability to use E-Verify and conduct Computer Data Entry tasks • Excellent Communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality • Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle conflict • Good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good knowledge of relevant HR software • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
