Robert Half is working with a leading organization that is expanding its business to provide comprehensive managed services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Position Overview:
As a Managed Services Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing IT consulting services to clients. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, offering guidance on IT security, server upgrades, remote/virtual workstation setup, system and network troubleshooting, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of IT processes and policies while providing essential technical support to our clients and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.
Assist clients with IT security assessments and recommend improvements.
Plan and execute server upgrades and migrations.
Set up and maintain remote/virtual workstations for clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex systems and network issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems.
Collaborate with clients to develop and refine IT processes and policies.
Offer technical support and expertise to both clients and internal team members.

Requirements
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency with VMware, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware) are a plus.
