Responsibilities:
• Processing and managing insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Analyzing documents to approve or deny payments
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring data accuracy
• Providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries about claims and their payment status
Requirements
• Proficiency in Medical Billing, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.
• Knowledge of Medical Benefits, to effectively communicate and explain benefits to clients.
• Strong Customer Service skills, to handle client queries and concerns professionally and courteously.
