Robert Half Treasury Manager in Roswell, Georgia

Description We are in search of a Treasury Manager in the Transport industry, to be based in Roswell, Georgia. This role involves managing our cash position, forecasting cash flow, and contributing to various projects within our rapidly expanding organization. This long-term contract position offers a dynamic and challenging work environment with ample room for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily centralized cash position, monitor disbursement accounts, and short-term borrowing facilities for the division and all subsidiaries.

• Manage foreign currency transactions and ensure all wire payments are processed.

• Oversee equipment leasing, ensuring rates (principal and interest) comply with company policies.

• Collaborate with the Group treasury team and maintain Treasury Management System (TMS) information.

• Participate in the month-end close process, including the preparation and processing of monthly bank reconciliations.

• Develop and manage the cash forecast, assisting in predicting relevant compliance ratios of debt facilities.

• Handle various duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the treasury function.

• Utilize skills in cash management, covenant compliance, cash forecasting, capital management, Oracle Cloud, Kyriba, Concur, and Microsoft Excel to perform tasks effectively and efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in Cash Management, Covenant Compliance, Cash Forecasting, and Capital Management.

• Proficient in utilizing Oracle Cloud, Kyriba, Concur, and Microsoft Excel software.

• Ability to develop, implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures.

• Demonstrated experience in managing banking relationships and negotiating bank fees.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

• Relevant professional certifications, such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), would be advantageous.

• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and changes.
