Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to be a part of our team in the Healthcare/NHS industry located in Roxbury, Massachusetts. This role is completely onsite and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be instrumental in handling customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with social media management and event planning to support the development team.
• Compose emails and assist with blog content creation.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments and manage inbound and outbound calls.
• Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various administrative tasks.
• Utilize RaisersEdge software for specific tasks.
• Maintain customer credit records and monitor customer accounts.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls with a detail oriented and courteous demeanor.
• Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Aptitude for accurate data entry, ensuring all information is correctly inputted and updated in the system.
• Ability to handle email correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner.
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with various departments as required.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating and editing presentations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
